Latest Bilderberg Meeting Held in Washington, DC
More Plots Against the People and the Cause of Peace
The 68th Bilderberg Meeting took place from June 2 to June 5, 2022 in Washington, DC. Some 120 individuals from 21 countries are said to have participated. There were at least five attendees from Canada and Quebec, including Chrystia Freeland, Deputy Prime Minister of Canada and Minister of Finance, Mark Little, CEO of Suncor Energy Inc., Charles Émond, CEO of the Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec (CSPQ), Mark Carney, former governor of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England, and presently Vice Chair of Brookfield Asset Management, and Tobias Lütke, CEO of Shopify.
Other known participants included the President of the World Economic Forum, the CEO of Pfizer Inc. and the Director of the CIA. Leading the proceedings was the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg.
Not surprisingly, the key topics for discussion this year were familiar NATO themes around which much plotting is taking place in the U.S.-led attempt for it to become the world’s sole superpower to which everyone must submit:
1. Geopolitical Realignments
2. NATO Challenges
3. China
4. Indo-Pacific Realignment
5. Sino-U.S. Tech Competition
6. Russia
7. Continuity of Government and the Economy
8. Disruption of the Global Financial System
9. Disinformation
10. Energy Security and Sustainability
11. Post Pandemic Health
12. Fragmentation of Democratic Societies
13. Trade and Deglobalization
14. Ukraine
Founded in 1954, the Bilderberg Meeting is an annual conference designed to “foster dialogue between Europe and North America on major issues.” Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers nor any other participant is supposed to be revealed. Participants also take part as individuals rather than in any official capacity, and hence “are not bound by the conventions of their office or by pre-agreed positions.” There is no detailed agenda, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken and no policy statements are issued.
In the words of one observer: “Usually, when politicians and industry leaders come together to discuss solutions to national or international issues there are strict guidelines governing their interactions to ensure there are no unethical dealings that occur. This is intended to maintain public trust that global elites are not acting nefariously and serving their own special interests. That is not the case at the Bilderberg Meetings, meaning that Freeland will be interacting with some of the most rich and powerful individuals on the planet with no oversight and no transparency.”
