Montrealers organized a vigorous action against U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Mélanie Joly on the morning of October 28. They denounced U.S. plans to send a foreign military force to Haiti and demanded that Canada and the U.S. keep their hands off Haiti.
