Stand with the Wet’suwet’en
Join in Support Actions
Resistance is continuing despite the violent raids on Wet’suwet’en territory in which many arrests of Wet’suwet’en, allies and journalists were made, and the brutal destruction of the cabin and camp set up on the CGL site located on Wet’suwet’en territory.
Some of the many manifestations of support for the struggle of the Wet’suwet’en and First Nations hereditary rights include demonstrations, blockades of railroads, fundraising campaigns, petitions and letter campaigns, new music, art, interviews and articles and more.
Unist’ot’en Solidarity Brigade reports, “Fundraisers, actions, and educational events are doing crucial work to build connections and educate local communities on the Wet’suwet’en struggle and fights for Indigenous sovereignty more broadly.
“Every day the struggle is growing with more people standing up against the injustices perpetuated by industry and government, and for a world where Indigenous Sovereignty is respected and fossil fuels are left in the ground.”
