Let Us Step Up Efforts to End the Cruel and Inhuman Blockade of Cuba! End the Blockade Now!
The people of Canada stand as one with the people of Cuba and the peoples of the entire world in opposing the crimes committed in the name of upholding human rights. We stand as one in demanding the blockade be ended and, as Canadians, we urge the government of Canada to stay the course and not modify its policy on Cuba to bring it into conformity with U.S. demands. History will not forgive those who commit crimes against humanity in the name of high ideals. End the Blockade Now!

The cruel and inhuman U.S. blockade of Cuba reveals, more than a
trillion words, what the U.S. stands for under the tutelage of
subsequent administrations which claim to act in the name of high
ideals of freedom, democracy and the need to uphold human rights. As
the cruelty becomes more obvious every day, leading to ever
more human suffering, the words of the U.S. imperialists are seen
to be increasingly hollow. The Biden administration is revealing itself
to be past master at issuing orders to the entire world about the need
to uphold a "rules-based international order" where the U.S. makes the
rules, demands compliance with the rules as they, and they alone,
interpret them as they go along, and imposes the penalty for
non-compliance. They are making the world an increasingly dangerous
place in which they commit crimes against humanity and call them values
we must all uphold.
