Stellantis N.V. with headquarters in Amsterdam is a global automotive manufacturing cartel formed in 2021 with the merger of the U.S./Italian Fiat Chrysler conglomerate and the French PSA Group (Peugeot S.A.). The principal financial oligarchs who own and control Stellantis are reported to be from Exor N.V.
