Effective Monday, February 14, the Alberta government has removed the requirement for students to wear masks in schools and while participating in school activities. Children under age 13 are no longer required to wear a mask in any setting, and the Alberta government plans to eliminate all mask requirements by March 1.

High school students are organizing a province-wide walkout on Monday, February 14 at 2:45pm to show support for Alberta’s students, teachers, and health care workers.
