Conversation with Scott Ritter

On April 6 the U.S. United National Anti-War Coalition (UNAC) held a webinar entitled “Conversation with Scott Ritter.” Co-hosts were anti-war activists Joe Lombardo and Margaret Flowers.

Scott Ritter is a former U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence officer who served with the United Nations implementing arms control treaties. He was chief United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991 to 1998. In the webinar he speaks about many aspects of the situation in Ukraine, including the difference between the international rule of law based on the UN Charter and the so-called “rules-based international order” of the U.S./NATO, the stands of Russia and China.
