Hamas' Vision for Affirmation of Palestinian Rights

The Resistance Movement Hamas has, since the beginning of the U.S./Israeli Zionist aggression, presented its vision to achieve the affirmation of Palestinian rights. This vision calls for a ceasefire, prisoner exchange and lifting the siege, achieving Palestinian reconciliation, forming a comprehensive national unity government, and engaging in a comprehensive political process based on relevant international resolutions to end the occupation, establishing an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the return of refugees.

Hamas holds the Israeli government and its allies fully responsible for the failure of the ceasefire negotiations, stressing it stands firm in its "position against entering new negotiations that would provide [Israel] with cover to continue its aggression."
