“Stand Up for Dignity is inviting you to join its members in setting up camp in front of Justin Trudeau’s constituency office at 1100 Crémazie Boulevard East, Montreal (Quebec), H2P 2X2, from August 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. until August 15, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., to express our impatience to the governments of Justin Trudeau and François Legault regarding the granting of permanent residence, promised several months ago, to asylum seekers who have sacrificed themselves for Quebec and Canada during the pandemic.
“The establishment of this camp outside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s constituency office is part of the intensification of our actions until the implementation of an inclusive and satisfactory regularization program for these brave humanitarian workers. This time around, a proper regularization program will be required for our camp to be lifted.”
