Save our Rural Healthcare and the Nova Scotia Health Coalition have called a provincial day of action on October 13 to save rural health care in the province. The attacks on public health care through privatization, cuts and unsustainable working conditions have created a crisis in the health care system, particularly the rural areas of Nova Scotia which are unable to hire and retain the necessary medical professionals.
All out on October 13 to demand publicly-funded health care for all that belongs to people as a human right!
